Good hotel and great location
Location in the bukit bintang area is great for shopping with many good restaurant

Hotel is good and just walking distance to petronas tower and surrounding with good shopping area. Breakfast with many choice. Only the king size bed rather small, so not convinient sharing with one child.

Lovely hotel with a great service
near to the mall, near to klcc, friendly staff.

I think this hotel is a really worth hotel. As my wife can't stand smoking smell and i ask the receptionist to find me alternative.
Receptionist really work hard for my request.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
i think in here is very close to shopping centre (pavillion) just walk around 5 minutes.

great location, staff were helpful but the hotel needs a bit of tlc! the room was a great size and the location is superb.
Shopping Tip:
It's right in the middle of golden triangle which means you can get everything you want!

Nice hotel with hospitable staff

The staff are pleasant and friendly. The hotel is clean, safe and spacious. We had a nice view of the shopping belt. As the hotel is only next door to the upmarket shopping mall Pavilion we could book a late night movie. Watch it and just walked back to the hotel to sleep. We did not have to worry about wating for taxi and getting caught in the traffic jam or whether taxi are running by meter.
Restaurant Tip:
Branded goods are all in Pavilion shopping mall. The basement food court offers a variety of cheap and good local food. There are many different restaurants to suit diverse taste buds too.

Great hotel with great service and great location

from the moment you are greeted at the door and walk in you witness a stunning hotel foyer. the hotel is situated right in the heart of kl's best shops. i loved the fact there was an abundance of food courts, bars, shops, markets nearby to choose from. the service from all staff was fantastic, they were friendly and knowledgable.
the room was spacious and open. you didn't feel like you were living in a box. geat views overlooking the city. really clean too. the only comment i would make was my room and the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke when i first arrived. but after 1 day it went away. there was no free wifi in the room but there was free wifi available in the foyer.
the buffet breakfast was a mixed bag. majority of the food is traditional malay food and i guess that's more me craving real pork bacon and some hash browns and mushrooms to go with the beautiful omelettes the chefs cook up fresh customised for you.
pulse nightclub was entertaining. the house band were great performers. downside was the drinks being very pricey.
highly recommend this hotel for those keen shopping tourists. great value and can't be faulted.

the best hotel location in the city

I Stay 2 nights in this hotel and I dont realy like to stay there again because the service is very bad starting from chaking in until you checking out the staff are very slow and let u wait long time to get served and the internet is not free you have to pay around 20us$ to get it and only in the room if you want to get conection in the loby you have to bay also same amont for only 24 hours.
Shopping Tip:
the hotel location vary nice for how like shopping.

Great location but minus the 5 star ratings

The hotel is a take over from the old Regent Hotel into this new Grand Millennium. The lobby is very elegant but the rooms are no where near a 5 star hotel. Rooms look old and have bad smell. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not it. For the price, there are plenty more selections for a real 5 star hotel experience.
