Shopping Tip:
we have the great shopping expereince as Pavillion and starhill is just walking distance.

Good location, shopping malls surroundings. Big room, great pool and friendly staffs. The hotel is old and the buffet breakfast need to be improved. A plesant stay. However, you can get a better 5 stars hotel with similar rate.

location wise is the best, room big and clean, bed very comfortable, pool very nice

i stayed in deluxed room with my husband for weekend getaway.
the lobby is beautiful, check in was fast, the staff very nice and helpful. The room is nice and very clean, bathroom is very clean with seperate tub and shower. the bed is so confortable. swimming pool is big and nice. i dont feel like im in KL. location is very good . just accross Farenheit88,just beside Pavillion,Lot10, Starhill, Sg Wang and famous bintang walk.all are walking distance. breakfast spread is good and the food is delicious. we are soo happy with our stay here. =)
Shopping Tip:
alot of shopping complex surrounding the hotel.
Pavillion, Starhill galery, Sg Wang Plaza, Lot 10, and the latest hip, Farenheit88. u can take cab, monorail or LRT to KLCC and Time Square.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. As this is not a business hotel, internet is chargeable. However, you are able to get free Wi-fi in the hotel lobby. Room interior needs a revamp although the hotel lobby looks posh. Checking-in experience was impressive as they had individual desk and this makes you feel like some royalties. I will definitely be backed again and will try out room on the executive level in my next trip.
Travel tip:
Blue taxis charge double compare to those red ones. However, they are cleaner and better manage. You may refuse the bellboy's offer on the blue taxis and insist on the red ones

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
KL is a beautiful city it's green, clean, a lot of interesting places to be seen. It's a country must be visited.

the worst hotel i've ever been in my life

the reception/front desk - unfriendly, not courteous, no common decency in treating guests.
the housekeeping - lazy, dirty towels, very unhelpful to guests.
the room service - the food/drinks served are not served as described in the room service menu.
the keycard to the room does not work on the door and lift, poor maintenance of the lifts, most of the staffs are very nonchalant in providing their services.
the attitude of the hotel staffs are appalling.
very, very disappointed and i am still shocked that this hotel claimed to be a so-called five-star hotel.
a very bad experience.
Travel tip:
choose this hotel if you like poor service and poor maintenance and like lack of common decency from the hotel staffs. there are many other hotels to choose in this area with much better service to their respective guests.

worst service ever!!!!! none of the staff members were very helpful. they kept checking if we had taken anything from the mini bar every morning!!
