There was a mistake in the breakfast buffet where they only offer 1 person per room which I have to paid for the 2nd person. This makes me pissed off but after some reasoning, I believe they waive off the cost. Overall the hotel stay was nice and beautiful done. Very cosy but they need to do some maintain in their toilet.

Unbelievably well located, efficient & friendly
7.3
Glitch-free, friendly service. The hotel is actually more impressive than the Ritz Carlton KL where I stayed a month earlier.
Breakfast spread was also huge except for being a little too crowded and many kids.
Room service is pretty good however the local kitchen was clearly much more generous than the cooks in the Italian kitchen who were really stingy with their pizza toppings; cheese sticks etc were also a bit old & unedible.
Concierge was very efficient.
You can give the club at the hotel a miss. The crowd wass rather unimpressive, as were the staff there, starting from the entrance of the club.
Only wired connection for internet in the rooms so my iPad was completely useless.
Shopping Tip:
Paragon next door is great for shopping & the food court downstairs has a huge selection.

Beautiful hotel in good location
5 star hotel close to shops
7.7
Beautiful hotel in great location, particularly with the "Pavilion" and it's 100's of shops right next door. Booked 3 executive club rooms that gave us access to the executive club that advertises "all-day snacks, hot & cold beverages including wines, cocktails & hors d'oeuvres". If all-day means between the hours 5 - 8pm them they delivered, for the rest of the day peanuts were on offer. Found it very hard to get anyone to serve me a drink even between the above hours.
Shopping Tip:
For shopping you can't go past the Pavilion, just next door

Great location for shopping
For shopping it is in a perfect location. Pavilion Shopping centre right next door, market style shopping just 5 minutes walk and Chinatown a 10min taxi ride. The door staff were always very welcoming and friendly.
7.3
Took 3 staff members and nearly an hour of waiting before we could access our rooms. After a very long day, this was not acceptable. However to the hotels credit, they offered us late check out for both rooms on our day of departure which was greatly appreciated.
The location is great for shopping and I would have no hesitation in staying there again.
Shopping Tip:
There is a very good supermarket in the basement right next door in the Pavilion Shopping Centre.

Hotel has excellent service. Breakfast buffet had a very large selection which i enjoyed waking up to every morning. The hotel is a bit expensive but its good value for money. Shopping centres encompass the hotel so if you enjoy shopping this is the place to stay. There are also hawker stands near by so if you like eating hawker food there is a street near by but i do not recall the name.
I personally felt that The Grand Millennium Hotel treated me as a member of a royal family.
Shopping Tip:
Around this hotel... shopping centres all around I loved every bit of it... I shopped until i dropped
shopping centres including the pavalion, bb plaza, ferighnheight.

Good location and comfortable rooms
Located at Bukit Bintang and next to Pavillion Mall, also near the train station, comfortabl beds
8.3
Checking in was a breeze and got the rooms which I specified which was high floors, non-smoking.
Room size was jyst nice and furnishings looks new.
Breakfast spread was good and tasty.
Upon checking out, the staff charged me malaysia for mineral water bottles, which I thought was provided free. According to the staff, the water bottles in the minibar is chargeable eventhough it was the same bottles which were outside the minibar and was complimentary. Something which I can't understand! Such a posh hotel but so calculative!
Or maybe it's just the ill-informed counter staff.
Shopping Tip:
Newly open Farenheit across the road offers something new to explore
