Location, rooms and staff
This is my 3rd stay here, love this hotel, in the last 12 months they have upgraded the business club floor and in rooms includes wifi now - makes a goos hotel even better

Great location but no service at all
Great location, big room and lobby
This hotel is located in the central of KL, just opposite to the main Shopping and dinning places. The room is big, but it's a bit old. The check-in takes more than 30 mins, and the female staff has no smile at all. She assigned us with non-smoking floor without asking, and thus we need to moved back to the lobby and requested to change to the smoking floor. No one offered help when we checked in, even we, 2 ladies are carrying 3 heavy luggage and need to pull it up the staircases ourselves. The service and room condition is not worth at this high price.

Good location
It's next to Pavilion shopping and across the road from Fahrenheit shopping
It is in a good location, however, prices could be more competitive, especially with so many hotels in a similar location. There is particularly a five star hotel with similar pricing but better known brand name. The newly renovated rooms are nice, but i was in an older room for a while. hope that all rooms can be renovated soon. Still, the inside of the hotel looks more impressive than the outside, which needs a coat of paint.

i enjoyed my stay very much, good food is near by
convenient and within walking distance to all larger shopping malls, nice restaurants are just stone away, very near to monorail station too.
I stayed at the club room this time, the exclusive check-in counter was located at 18th floor, we feel pampered by the friendly staff. The cocktail at the club lounge was wonderful, good wine & other beverages & wide selection of finger food. It was very relax there. I would definitely share the stay experience with my friends & fellow colleagues. For my next trip to KL, I would probably stay at Grand Millennium again.

the best ever hotel in the whole of kuala Lumpur
the best, the Grand & best locations
It's on the edge of the town of Lynmouth, which is all thatch and rushing water, tea cakes, and postcards of Exmoor ponies. A water-powered funicular railway rocks up to Lynton, 150m above. Below, the sea roars in over spits of Bristol Channel pebbles. The hotel has terraces, Alpine gables and the best view for miles, though it was a conservative old fuddy-duddy of a place before Martin Miller bought it and – at lightening speed – "Millerised" every surface.
