Grand Millennium KL
Good location, friendly staff, clean room.
3.7
Generally, all th hotel staff whom we met were friendly, especially the ones in the coffee house where we had our breakfast and one dinner. The room was clean too. However, there was no shaver in the bathroom.
Shopping Tip:
The Pavillion shopping centre is just next door. A short walk down the escalator and you will be on your way to KLCC and KL Suria. Over at Jalan Bukit Bintang is the well-known Lot 10 which is presently under renovation.

Convenient of the city center
Location of the hotel which is in the city center, along Bukit Bintang and the food street.
7
Grand Millennium is located in the city centre, right oposite the star hill and the bukit bintang shopping district, it is also close to the night market place, "pasar Malam" providing local foods at a reasonable price
for this hotel it is a 20 minutes walk to KLCC as well as the China Town. It is idea for a overnight stay in Kuala lumpur.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel located in the city centre, it is next to the Start hill for night scene, next tot he night market for local food and it is not too far to walk to Pataling street (China Town ) and KLCC.

This is my first stay since the change in ownership and it was a pleasant to know most of the positives of the old hotel (The Regent) remained. The location is close to shopping and amenities although vehicle access could be bad at peak times. The staff are generally good. F&B is reasonably good and well priced. The only grip is that the shower in the room did not work well - water pressure varies so one has to adjust the taps to maintain pressure. It's probably not been replaced in the renovations.
Other than the high in-room internet charges (there's free wi-fi access in the public areas on the ground floor), I have no complaints and will stay at this hotel next time I'm in KL.
Restaurant Tip:
Check out the basement food offerings at The Pavilion and Lot10.

Grand Millennium- so central!
close to the heart of Bukit Bintang
easy access to the monorail
helpful and friendly staff
great breakfast in the executive club
cocktail hour is good in the executive lounge
great size bathroom in executive club room
easy check-in and check out in the club lounge
8.7
This is a great place to base yourself in KL. Close to the heart of shopping and easy access to the monorail. Everything is at your door.
We booked an executive club room which gives you access to the club lounge. Loved the cocktail hour where free drinks and nibblies were in the lounge. Perfect for us as we had a 5 month old baby who could sleep happily in his pram while mum and dad had a drink! Also good as drinking in Malaysia can be expensive compared to other Asian countries.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the executive club is worth just for the breakfast alone- they prepare to order and have a buffet too.

We have travelled the world and Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur Hotel was one of the most incredible Hotels we have ever stayed at. From point of arrival until we left , we recieved friendly and prompt service and enjoyed all that the Hotel had to offer. The hotel is situated in the heart of all the shopping, cafes and night life and the staff and managment went over and beyond to ensure we had a memorable anniversary.
