The service is ok. The location is good. But the room needs improvement. It's not worth as 5 star hotel. Room is a bit old and some equipment did not function properly. I stay for 3 nights and breakfast is same for every morning. It should be changed in daily basis, so guest would not be bored.
Shopping Tip:
This is a good location for shopping. It's surrounded by several shopping malls. Anyway, there are several hotels around this area, so please choose wisely.

i like the location of the hotel which is very very very convenience for us . Opposite of grand millenium is famous shopping centre farenheit 88 , and less than 10 min of walking distance may reach pavillion.

This hotel was amazing, staying in the Executive Club was well worth paying for. Unlimited alcohol from 5.30pm to 8.30pm, coffee, tea and cool drinks available all day. Hotel close to all shopping centres, staff were extremely helpful and rooms had been refurbished. Very clean and would stay there again.

Lovely lobby, staff very helpful, asked for interconnecting rooms & the staff were more than accommodating to ensure we had this. Breakfast was fantastic, so much variety. Rooms cleaned everyday, very promptly I might add. We celebrated Christmas Day at the hotel, they put on a fabulous buffet lunch and the price per head was very reasonable which included drinks too. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a holiday in KL.
Travel tip:
Plenty of food courts located in the many shopping centers that are in close walking distance from the hotel which are so cheap to eat at.

a very pleasant and nice hotel. Very close to shopping areas within walking distance from Pavilion Mall, LOT 10 and lots more. Suitable for family and honeymooners.. you will not regret even the price is a bit high
