The location is great as is right beside the pavilion and just opposite the new mall known as Fahrenheit something.
Room is comfortable and have adequate facilities, toilet was okie with a nice bath tub that comes with sea salt.
Non-smoking floor but smell of cigarettes. Breakfast was good but one bad thing is if located at lower floor, will be able to hear the pub at night and the busy jam street with cars horning away.
So recommend to get higher floor if possible.

This is the 2nd time we stay this hotel. The location of this hotel is very good for shopping, sightseeing, and dinning. There are many good restaurants near this hotel and the most recommendable restaurant is Hakka restaurant, it is 15 minutes' walk from hotel. the room facility of this hotel is good and recomendable for the people who would like to enjoy shopping and dinning.
Restaurant Tip:

Hotel is very well located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Staff are communicative and generally helpful. If you want tobe near high end shopping, the hotel is perfect. Costs are reasonable. Some of the fittings are abit dated but apparently there is ongoing renovation to rectify this. No wifi, plug in internet only at additional cost.

Not too bad hotel

Generally ok, price wise - i believe is paying for location and the hotel reputation - which it stands well. the hotel is slightly run-down, so probably the price is lower compared to nearby hotels. Will be a lot more satisfied if the rooms are 'newer'. Well, will still come back, for the location though - but if nearby hotel offer are not much diff, might choose alternate hotels then.

I was disappointed with my room. I expected it to be larger, like when i stayed there previously.
The room had a toilet which did not flush and taps at the sink which made loud noises when in use. As it was only for one night, i put up with it and vowed to double check my reservation in future.

Stayed in the deluxe room of Grand Millennium KL hotel, and the first thing which greeted me was the grandeur. Room was really spacious but that may also be because it was a deluxe room. Drove there though, but with the help of a map printed before hand, the place was quite easy to find. Also, the hotel's name can be spotted from quite far away so you won't miss it.
Overall, comfortable bed, comfortable stay, loved the ambience.

Well past it's prime. Room smelt of stale cigarettes, no dvd player, limited tv chanels and the worst pillows ever. Overpriced for what you get. However, staff are very friendly, good selection at breakfast and location is good.
