Location location and location
A very pleasant stay and relaxed. The only complain is that the buffet breakfast is not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. Impiana hotel is cheaper but have more variety and better quality.

Good clean rooms.
Location, comfortable beds and clean all round.
Hotel staffs was fast and friendly towards your requests. Hotel looks aged but still very well maintained and clean. Price is a bit higher than it's surrounding well known hotels.

Fantastic hotel
Close proximity to malls, nice staff good breakfast spread
Check in was no fuss & smooth. most of the staff in the hotel were pleasant & i look forward to breakfast everyday. one of the biggest & newest shopping mall was just a minute's walk away. Other the the traffic congestion & the dusty environment due to the construction next to hotel everything else was not bad at all. the hotel could do better with higher standard of cleanliness & security. the hotel looked just the same when it was formerly Regent Hotel. A new look with sheltered walkway to Pavilion will be awesome!

Staff lack of warmth
Great location.
I've booked Club Executive room for 2 nights. The reception at ground level guide us to 18th floor club lounge for check in process. The staff at club lounge wasn't most welcoming and was almost aloof in attitude. I had a piece of hand carry and no one had offered to help. The mattress is old and I could hear the springs when I lie on the bed. My back was aching during the second night. It's value for money for perks that came with club lounge but a huge minus for staff attitude. It's the first time I experienced anything but warmth and premium service at club rooms.
