Not pleasant at all. Plumbing was very poor! Toilet doesn't work properly even after numerous requests and had very bad experience with toilet next to gym which overflowed.
The concierge stuffed up our requests in arranging taxis. We were meant to go to Airasia international airport but the concierge gave three taxis the wrong information telling them to take us to the other international terminal.
Not Happy! !!! We will not recommend this hotel to anybody

Fantastic and the executive lounge was fabulous. The only issue we had was the slow check in, which took 40 mins in the lounge.

It was unpleasant,specially the staffs in the kitchen and the worst incident when we ask the conceirg to organise the taxi for us to the airport to go home. The taxi drivers were given the wrong destination and we had 3 families in 3 different taxi

Actiivities aplenty to keep whole family occupied
Location in Bukit Bintang area make it ideal for shopping ,shopping and shopping for the missus and kids. easy transportation access and fine dining availaility.
