It was a very nice stay, although we only stayed for a night. Easy access to KL's famous Pavilion, Fahrenheit malls make it easy to go around and shop with my family.

The area is very lively! The hotel is very Old and in need of renovations to update the look and the old furnishings. The bed and bedding needs to be more confortable, fluffy and smooth.

Hotel has aged awhile but still in ok condition.
Was shocked that there is no wi-fi available in the room except the lounge and lobby area :( which, after my stay and a complain letter, found out wi-fi is available with a supplied gadget.....
Where I stayed (8th level), the noise level from the opposite pubs and bars at the ground level was unbearable ending at 1+ am for the 2 nights I was there.
Otherwise, the conceirge people and reservation officer was helpful - except the one who took my enquiry on the wifi availability and is not knowledgable
Shopping Tip:
Pavilion Mall is super convenient for shopping and eating.

my stay could not have been more enjoyable. however...................the hotel had no indication whatsoever that i had made a booking through you! this also happened when staying in shanghai, broadway mansions hotel on friday 28 october. on both occasions i found this to be very unsettling!

nice hotel with a really nice lobby. breakfast buffet with many choices including local food and fruit. just 2 min walk from one of the biggest shopping centres in kl. the concierge service is really good and quick. there's also a nice night club.

Clean room , nice lounge and nice staffs . All the necessity and equipments in the hotel is functioning properly . Nice view onto the Golden Triangle . Staffs are friendly ad helpfull .
Shopping Tip:
In the heart of The Golden Triangle near to Pavilllion , Lot10 and many more . Food is easily accessible . Public transport is more than easy to get . Sungai Wang Plaza and Times Square is within walking distance . Night life is good .
