The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was excellent but the tv channel selection was abit poor. The jazz band were good and the lounge area service was top notch. It is located next to Pavillion mall so it is ideal for shoppers. Strongly recommended.

Relaxing stay, staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good and the best thing is that it is close to shopping malls of all kinds like electronics, computers, local stuffs, branded clothing etc. You can eat in so many restaurant within walking distance from the hotel and there many food courts to choose from . Definitely a place to stay if you like shopping, eating and relaxing.

Hotel is within walking distance to so many shopping malls like Pavilion, Sungei Wang, BB Plaza, Low Yet Plaza. You can shop for clothing, computers, mobile phones, food stuffs and all are just nearby. If you like to eat there are plenty of restaurants and food courts and food outlets. After a busy day of shopping and eating you can burn off some excess by going to a well equipped gym and have a swim in a relaxing pools. All in all a good stay at this hotel

The hotel service was second to non, its location ideal, lots or restaurants within the Hotel but many many more outside, along with lots of Taxis both budget and premium, the monorail is about 100 meters away ... as for shopping .... I'm never seen so many high quality shopping malls all located in the same area before
