The hotel service was second to non, its location ideal, lots or restaurants within the Hotel but many many more outside, along with lots of Taxis both budget and premium, the monorail is about 100 meters away ... as for shopping .... I'm never seen so many high quality shopping malls all located in the same area before

I have stayed at Grand Millennium (GM) several times over the years. I have also tried others in Bukit Bintang, GM is so far my favorite. Right next to Pavillion with lots to eat, shop and even watch a movie. It is also not far from Jalan Imbi with even more great local food. The staff are always polite and ready to help, and give good advice in terms of local attractions.

Excellent except Internet facilities. Wifi should be available not only at lobby but also at room free of cost.If such facility is not available at room, next time I will not choose that hotel. And I will not encourage my friend to choose that one too.
Management should think this issue and consider favorably for the interest of the business.
