Rooms were clean and well maintained. Hotel's interior was modern and well designed. Shops in hotel lobby had all the essential items and was a very helpful feature. Car park on B2 had no lift. Breakfast was just satisfactory through the variety was great. TV channels were very limited and mostly were in Malay. This is a value for money 4 star hotel. Easily accessable from the highway. The rooms were well maintained and clean. It was impressive to an extend. However issues like TV channels, breakfast and car park access were a drawback. In conclusion, the hotel was a good place to stay with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Facility wise it was not that great, especially the food and TV. Besides that, there was nothing much to do with sightseeing as the hotel was away from the Prime area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Tallest hotel and is at some distance to the Petronas twin tower. Hence easy to locate incase you are driving.

Spacious and cosy environment,
good housekeeping and friendly customer service by hotel staff It was a great time during our stay at the Grand Seasons Hotel in KL. All of my family members enjoyed the hotel stay. Thanks to the Agoda for recommendation.

Courteous front desk staff.
Speciousness of the lobby and reception.
Many lifts availability to go to your room without hanging around for a lifts.
Not much of a choice in restaurants for a good meal.It should provide a better choice of foods(specially Malay foods)in the main restaurant rather than offering only Indian foods.
Being a very large Hotel it should have a travel agency siyuated in house to help tourists to make plans to sight see plus finish my fo Although the hotel is situated a little away from the city, it takes only a few miniutes to reach the main shopping areas by mono rail.We found the hotel reception very hospitable and friendly.When we requested for a room with a good outside view of the Twin Towers, we were given just that and upgraded for a few extra dollars.The room was very well furnished with all necessary furniture including facilities to make tea or coffee,iron and ironing board etc. The room and the attached toilet was very well maintained in spite of the hotels' age.
The front desk staff as well as all workers attached to the hotel were extreamely curtious and helpfull.
The only drawback which I could point out is the lack of a good restaurant which will serve a proper break fast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The skytrain station is very near to the hotel and one can vertually travel at a very cheap rate in the capital.
