Great but all the service not for free
I was happy stay there it's my third times but I was not happy about extra charging for everything's like internet,adopter for charging,also some staff nor mind there business they ask a lot of question about my life and my business,I was it happy to hear that.

Great accommodation, great time to stay. Great view from hotel room.

Budget hotel with breakfast package
Poor room service. Called to request for bath towels from room service more than 3 times and waited for 2 hours before they delivered.Swimming pool towels had to get from gym but there was no sign or direction given.

dissapointing room quality
the room quality was very disappointing. toilet slightly leaky, the sink faucet was loose, the bathtub had problems draining water quickly resulting in a pool forming at your feet while showering, there were no towels in the room when i checked-in and had to call housekeeping for it, the air conditioning was faulty - not cold at all even when fan was set to high and temperature set to lowest. during out first night, most of the staff at the counter and over the phone were not polite, talking in a brusque manner, no smiles and thank yous or you're welcomes. you are in the hospitality industry and this is how you train your staff? the staff we dealt with in the morning was much better but i already had a very bad impression of this so-called 4-star hotel. as they say, first impressions count a lot.
