Mostly awesome even have to round and round to find a parking space. Digging from 4th floor but still managable. Staff very helpful and always there to assist you. Sometimes feels bit crowded in the lifts especially in peak hours as the staff of several govmnt department and agencies rushing in and out.

biggest plus of this location is its proximity to the chowkit monorail station. hence affords connectivity with the entire city.the hotel is a well maintained piece of property , with helpful staff. reasonable cost as well.
recommend for holiday as well as business travellers.

What else can u ask for if u are paying for the same old price for a new renovated room?..great bargain..cheap and brilliant food jus behind the hotel..a definite return stay!
Restaurant Tip:
Dont bother eating breakfast in the hotel cos u can get brilliant local food just behind the hotel..wonderful "Teh Tarek" "Roti canai" and "Nasi Lemak" all truly malaysian...thumbs up!!

The bed is too soft and the air-con could not be shut up totally. It was too cold. I prefer non smoker room but the lift area allow the smoker too smoke.

was a pleasant stay overall. would have liked if arrangements were made prior to check in for a connecting room. rooms have to go through a more stringent check as i saw cockroaches near the toilets.

Firstly, it is easy to locate as it just turn to right hand side at chow kit LRT traffic light. We checked in at 3pm , the queue was smooth. The exterior & interior design is very grand . After we get into the room, well, it really disappointed us because the room is smelly , air-cond & hair dryer cannot function properly. When I tried to call for maintenance , the phone also got problem & have to go to the lobby to complaint about it. No flat screen TV , no hot water mark on the water tap & you need to keep testing for the water temperature, food not nice also. 4 stars hotel but didn't worth that value!
Restaurant Tip:
Try not to call for the room service unless you don't care about the food taste.

nice place to stay..cool and cozy in middle of town...nice staff..and food ot eat....easy to move around the towm..nearby public transport to travel with here and ther..good parking space but abit problem with the lift..got to change lift..if wanna go back to the room....

stayed on 29th floor with great view of city and Petronas towers.

Only stayed one night. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good.
