Season hotel is a really good hotel for small money compared to other hotels i KL. 4 stars it is. good pool and quiet street..its near to a hospital so very many blue blinking ambulances.

It has a weak location... but still near to the sky railway all the way into kl center.

This hotel is very big 40 floors. The money value is good. I think you can have good stay if the goal is going out.

Location.

Very crowded, bad room services.

Hotel is easily found using a GPS guide, and roof top signage on its tall structure make it visible more then 3km away especially during the night. Arriving and departing the hotel is a breeze by self-drive car, as it is located not in the heavy traffic packed Golden Tourist Triangle. Heading south or north via the NS Highway is easy. This hotel is simply good value for money.

Room was clean and large, bed was firm, lighting sufficiently bright, air-conditioning is controllable.

Loud children noise filter through the walls, and noisy guests slamming doors through the night.

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hotel location allow easy and quick accessibility to the freeway to reach the North-South Highway to connect to other major sights in KL and beyond.

I spent three nights at the Grand Seasons alone as a single female. I arrived feeling very conspicuous in a foreign city and departed feeling that I had left friends. The staff in the Hotel were absolutely wonderful. Reception, Checkout, Coffee Shop and Food and Beverage staff were the best anywhere. Very thoughtful and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Hotel.

The best feature of the Hotel are the staff. They were all so intent on making my stay fantastic. The food in the coffee shop and Indian Restaurant was great.

On nonsmoking floor people stubbed out cigarettes and left burning on ashtray at lift entry/exit. The smoke went through the aircon and permeated the floors. A cost effective pickup from airport would be appreciated. The hotel car wanted 130 ringgit to take me to the airport. I thought it too expensive.

  • Shopping Tip : The hotel offers a free bus twice per day to the Mall. It was a nice quiet place to shop but I realised later that this was not the MegaMall which was recommended to me as a great place for shopping bargains and variety.

Transportation is not so convenient, its located just in the middle of the two stations, although the KL hip on hip off bus station was just in front of the gate, which is very convenient for travelers. There are so many bugs in the hotel room but the breakfast was very good.

I had a very good breakfast there and the KL hip on hip off bus station was just in front of the gate, it's very convenient for travelers, but the hotel didn't inform me, I found that when I got off the bus.

There were so many bugs in the room, so I had to changed the room and there was still some bugs.

This hotel is packed with tour groups and hotel staff seems to be always busy, but still friendly if we had any questions. Didn't try out their food, so no comment on this part. Our room has a view to the Petronas Towers which was really pretty at night. This room was very spacious for the price we're paying. Overall I'm very satisfied and would come back next time.

Clean rooms, great view to the Petronas Towers, great bargain.

A little far out, but the monorail is only a two-minute walk.

The Grand Seasons may have at one time been a fine hotel but it's hard to guess how long ago that might have been. I think I may have been put off by the darkness of the place. There's a general sense of lethargy though the staff seems to try its best to please their guests. The breakfast is a trial with people lining up for food as if they were waiting for a bus. The food itself is not bad. The process of reaching it is trying. There are very few places to eat in the general vicinity. I wouldn't say that the hotel is necessarily overpriced. There is no wifi in the rooms but there is a business center. I spent one night there and it was quiet. Besides the room's age and unimpressive condition, I suppose it has everything you need. I won't stay there again but it's an adequate hotel for a day or two.

rooms are decent sized, staff does the best they can.

the hotel is undeniably tired and in need of renovation. the location leaves a lot to be desired. the staff's English is wanting.

It was a good idea to stay in Grand Seasons Hotel.. It is near every landmarks you want to visit. If you want to go to the mall, you can just walk. From our room, the Petronas twin tower can be seen. In the evening it was very niece. It is just a walk away from the next train station (chowkit) if you are at lost take the train, for sure you will find the hotel.. The hotel has everything in it restaurant, bookstore and almost everything you are looking for. Just be ready to walk down the stairs when the elevator is full of crowds.

aside from being a 4 star hotel and very cosy place to stay, it has a good view of the whole city.

saw many people are checking in and out, thats why our booking with the malaysian tour had been missed by the concierge. not good because we had to watch the show at a higher cost.

The hotel is located close to the city center and thus comfortable for going around the city but is definitely a bit rundown and all the fixtures in the room are very old. Further the quality of linen/blankets was really bad. The service was also not that great took 40 mins to get food with only one more guest and then realised that they forgotten half the order! Go there for the price and location but dont expect too much.

Location, price.

A bit rundown, too many package tours, horrible service.
