computer with free internet access in rooms, quick room service,

lack of hotel/room/services info, fair distance to the city, shower curtain has old mould stains, staff not as helpfull

Although I did not spend much time in the room, I found the hotel performance quite average. I struggled to open the door while pulling my luggage with the other arm and no one helped, I checked in and I was not shown to my room nor anyone helped me with my luggage to the room. Also the bathroom shower curtain had mould stains. Apart from that, everything else was ok.

Location, View of Petronas Towers and all required facility to have great day.

None

The location of the hotel is great factor since it is close to KLCC and near by monorail. Hotel being tall, we got the rooms having view of Petronas Towers which is fun to watch at night. A good swimming pool of the hotel adds more fun to the day. One of the most important factor is the hotel is still very cheap.

Good location, nice get up, good view of Twin towers...

food qualit not at all good, services like newspaper are not regular

I stayed 4 nights 5 days. I was impressed by the get up of the hotel. The room aslo had a good view. However late night we could hear waht's going on in our neighbours room. We had to sport this for 2 days at least. Otherwise the overall stay was pleasant as we didn't spend much time in the premises and were out.

Sheets were v old and fag burns in the blankets! The smell of smoke poured into the room in the night. feels v old in the rooms, misleading as looks ok in the foyer. Views are good and its well located.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Petronas towers. Get there at 7.30 -7. 45 By 8 there is already a queue, it opens at 8.30 for tickets and you will be first up at 9. Tickets were all gone by 9.30 and the books say 11!

Clean, modern, well kept Good location twin towers were seen from our bedroom window Near Shopping and downtown Polite helpful staff

Expensive internet No wireless or any internet in room 2 bath towels only no facecloths or hand towels Took a long time to get hot water in shower

We stayed for only one night on our way home and were very pleased with the accommondations. They were clean and the staff very helpful. They called after we had been checked in for an hour to see if all was okay. The restaurant was featuring a buffet for Mother Day and they offered us 30% off the listed price since we were hotel guests. The same offer was extended for breakfast. We were only disappointed in regards to the internet. It is important in our work to stay connected and check periodically.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are cosy, spacious and clean.

Lobby to dim. Breakfast food variey need improvement.

When I arrived at the hotel with my 2 kids which was quite late in the evening, the staff are swift in check-in and friendly. We managed to get connecting rooms and was surprise to see that the rooms were tidy and clean for this reasonably cheap rates. Security was good as a guard reminded me to lock the door when I didn't close the door properly. Swimming pool is nice for the kids. The down side (my opinion) is the lobby is too dim and not lively enough. There is not many variety food for breakfast for the price we paid.

Restaurant Tip : There is a restaurant behind opposite Vistana hotel and the food is good but price slightly above. Worth a try.

Value for Money, Close proximity to MRT Station

Thin walls ... where sound can be heard from room !

Despite some negative reports about this hotel, personally , i'll match the price i pay with the standard/level of services offered by the hotel. I will give a thumb's up for this hotel for the rooms, where I was given an upgrade overlooking the twin tower. Clean and spacious rooms and confortable bed, exceeding my expectations for what I have paid for. The 30% discount given to in-house guest for Coffee house buffet makes it a worthwhile visit. Location of the hotel is well linked with the Monorail, linking with the rest of the city such as Bukit Bintang area and Sentral ( to Airport etc ). I have already booked my next stay in this hotel this coming week , so I do not have any questions about not coming back !

Restaurant Tip : The Indian restaurant seem to offer Indian food at reasonable price. I haven't trued it but will do itthe next time .

Look nice. superior room is quite big

location NOT within shopping centre. taxifare is expensive as it does not goes by meter, the taxi drive state the price. taxifare from hotel to airport is RM80, which is very expensive.

I suggest that Singaporean not to go to KL by air as the taxifare is very expensive compared to Singapore and traffice jams is quite bad. The time to travel to airport and the no. of hours waiting is very long, worst than taking coach. Our previous trip by coach was very very much better. Oh, remember to book hotel near the shopping mall as the coach will drop and pick up from the shopping mall. No point saving money from the hotel charges and later have to waste time and taxifare (which is very expensive).

Room are very big for the price paid, reception will try their best to allocate other room for you if you are dissatisfied with the room.

For the customer without breakfast, they will charge you premium price if you wanted to have breakfast there!

Overall experience stay in the hotel in good when the room is big, wide and clean for the price paid, the receptionist is helpful enough to help you in your request, Advice to take the room package with breakfast cause they will charge a premium price for those without package, hence become more pricey. Overall thumbs up for the hotel facility!

Shopping Tip : There are shops inside the hotels which is selling the daily items with reasonable price, try it!

Very courteous and helpful staff

Not too many guests at the bar to sing-along with

I was surprised that the hotel was big. I booked online and didn't know what kind of hotel I'm getting into. The lobby was filled with travelers from India when I came in and I was immediately struck with the thought that this must be a good hotel. The room was spacious, bigger than the first class rooms in my own city in Davao, southern Philippines. I liked particularly the slippers provided for the guests and the iron and ironing board which are essential to travelers like me. I came in from Australia and Singapore before arriving in KL. I enjoyed a night of singing at the bar. I gulped down four or five mugs of beer as I sang maybe 20 songs. I left 10 MYR tip after paying the bill with my Visa Card and the bartender just lit up his eyes to signal "thank you!" Actually I should be the one saying THANK YOU!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The monorail station is just 100 meters away. For a mere 2 MYR, one can reach the Bukit Bintang commercial area for good food and shopping.

Location, View

Staff service, Conference crowd

I booked this hotel based on the reputation that it's well known for conferences and stuff. But when I arrived we were really disappointed. They couldnt get the rooms ready for check-in despite the fact I had informed them earlier. And then we had to be put at some suite for extra 100 ringgits a day. The room service was pathetic with even the coffee served being cold. We skipped the buffet breakfast from the package and the variety didnt look too impressive either. And then when we checked-out early morning, the staff wrongly said we owed them some money for a room service that was done one day before we stayed in that room! How can they bill us when we didnt even stay there on that day?! All in all a really patchy and rather uncomfortable stay at this hotel. Would never recommend it to anyone who goes to KL.

We were so lucky to choose Grand Seasons Hotel from AGODA. We stayed on 30th floor (highest floor for superior rooms)and the view is so beautiful. The room we stayed was very clean and comfortable. Buffet @ Seasons cafe was so delicious and we got a 30% discount as we were the hotel guests. The Hotel is near chow kit Monorail station, just 5 mins walk from the Hotel. We will come back to this Hotel again.
