Great Location, Terrible View
Full Service Gym, 2 Infinity Pools, Amazing Bridge Bar & Rooftop Club

e stayed there for one night to enjoy a new year's party. the bridge bar is amazing and you have a great view from there and the rooftop club but the view from the rooms were terrible. too much construction still going on around the area and unfortunately all you see from the beautiful infinity pools are cranes and cement. hopefully that'll change soon.
the gym however is great for those who love to workout while on holiday. so make sure to make use of that.
we ordered room service both for dinner and supper. our dinner was at 7 and food although not the best we've tasted arrived pretty quickly. presentation was terrible though. so that was a little disappointing. when we ordered supper after our party around 2 in the morning it took nearly an hour for it to arrive, and when it did the food was cold. skip the oxtail soup. it's not worth the 27 ringgit.
the elevators are a bit confusing so beware.
room sizes were good. spacious bathroom with your own in-toilet television set to ease the time ;)
choose-your-pillow service is a plus.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you like to walk, head over to Bukit Bintang - KL's shopping mecca. It's probably about a 20 minute walk. Otherwise the LRT and cabs are very convenient to get you places.

stayed there on new year's eve with my wife and baby. the hotel is new and superb decoration, nice bedroom and bed. however, the bathroom does not have a bathtub which is rare for a 5 star hotel.
another thing is this hotel is strictly for business traveller. i came with family, the sad part is that my daughter is not allowed to go down for breakfast which came with my hotel stay. we had to order room service and we were charged extra for that.

overall a good hotel with pools on 2 levels, internet accesses and lots of areas to relax and meet people. service was prompt and friendly, room service meals very quick and obviously pre-prepared, not the same standard as servied in their restaurant. not rushed at check out time staff very flexible to all requests. it was a little distant from the main attraction areas for the tourist as its located in a business district, therefore allow time for getting to the areas of interest.

intended to stay in kl for two nights but only mangaed to book one night in this hotel due to availablity (new year eve). when we checked into gtower hotel, immediately we wished that we could stayed for one night more.
great big room, king size bed, very nice toilet, free wi-fi.
location was ok, close to lrt, resturants and cafes, 7/11, etc.
we didn't have a good view from our rooms, but nevertheless, the stay in this hotel was enjoyable.
great for solo or business traveler, couple and family with older children.

This was our first time at this hotel. We were really impressed by the rooms which were really clean and spacious. The bathroom was also fitted with rain shower and even a LCD TV. There is a restaurant called The Club on the 28th floor, which is exclusive to hotel guests and members only. The food is great. There is also a bar on the rooftop, which is excellent for having after dinner drinks and chilling out with a loved one or with friends.

the hotel is situated near klcc but not exactly at klcc. make sure you turn on your gps if you are driving. the interior decor is modern and pleasant, very modern and hip. the front office is located on the 11th floor and you need to change lift if you are coming from the basement carpark.
our room type was the executive club, spacious and again you need to change lift to bring you up to 28th floor for breakfas.
not very convenient if you are driving and on a shopping trip.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Some taxi drivers do not know where this hotel. You have to tell them that its next the the "Tabung Haji" building.
