Pro :
1. Near Ampang LRT and opposite Ampang Park shopping centre. KLCC is one LRT stop away and Pavillion is a 20 min walk from KLCC via covered walkway.
2. Comfortable and large Premier room with large walk-in closet.
3. Cafe on ground floor offers affordable meals (but did not try).
Con :
1. Entrance to bathroom is via walk-in closet with one lockable door. Not able to access closet if bathroom is occupied. Moist air from bath may affect clothes in closet.
2. No spa facility.
3. Hotel is part of office building; lobby at level 10 not accessible from carpark. May be crowded on weekdays.

The hotel is a very pleasant place to stay in KL, centrally located, close to Underground, walking distance to KLCC. Rooms and service are excellent, even if there is not much view from the windows of the room. Breakfast on top floor of the building is wonderful. Great the swimming pool on the lobby floor (floor 11) in the midst of the other sky scrapers

Good experience, but It was a bit unpleasant to have the construction sites at the side of building- weirded to have construction workers to look at you w swimming.
When order taxi, security guys should consult the customers idea on which kind of taxi we want. Not just getting the more expensive blue taxi without our permission.
