Great room amenities
Nice room, nice bed and well sound proof. Reasonable priced. One of the best room I have stayed so far.

The direction to lobby and restaurants can be a bit confusing. But from the breeze check in onwards I like the hotel more and more. Very comfortable room with one of the largest size I have stayed so far. Bed is comfortable, pillow selection, coffee machine and docking stereo is great pluses.
Cons:
- WiFi not stable
- Lifts and directions a bit confusing
- Music selection at Bridge Bar is poor (get a new DJ please)
- Roof top open bar is closed
- Transportation and traffic can be an issue
Shopping Tip:
Take a LRT nearby to KLCC mall. Otherwise take a cab at concierge for 10min ride to Pavilion mall.

near to lrt station, convenience store and it's a station away from klcc.

i had a business trip in kl for few days and had decided to stay at this hotel as my budget was limited. i arrived late at night and the staff there helped me with check in within 5-10 minutes. that was my first time to go through a check in process busch short time. i love this hotel because it's quiet and the facilities are considered good.

for some business travellers...hotel looks very businesslike but regret no privacy as hotel building connected with office building...unlike some frequent business associates who prefer
"privacy" to hold meetings/small seminars and etc but it seems the "lounge" or "business centre" is open to club members.
our experience with your staffs is "disaster" as we noticed that the front desk is not experience in the hotel criteria especially when a mistake was done..we were not given an explanation and instead they ask us to refer to our booking agent...too long to elaborate but suggest all front desk staff should be properly trained and equipped with "professional" knowledge in hotel biz to avoid embarassment when being queried by hotel guests.
