The rooms are just a wee bit too dark while there's no convenient powerpoints at the bedside. A usual design oversight at most hotels but overall, very nice.

Having stayed here last year, the place has obviously been maintained well - still feels like something recently constructed. Was on the 13th floor this time in a superior room - very well laid out, rain showers (standard at this place), and even a nespresso machine (good for people who enjoy Clooney's interpretation of "espresso"). A few minutes walk to Ampang Park LRT station. Breakfast has declined a bit since I last visited (no offers from the staff of making fresh scrambled eggs, for instance, but happily did so when asked). Also had to ask them to restock things like muesli, which again they did promptly.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The bar on the 28th floor makes a spectacular chili mojito, or "chili-tho" as they call it.

the hotel is fantastic with beautiful, luxary, big and very clean room. it is next to ampang park lrt station, which is only 1 stop to klcc. we stayed there only 1 night but we did enjoy the room. swimming pool is nice but a little bit small. overiew: it's a great hotel in my point of view.

the hotel is very clean and well maintained, the gym is best hotel gym i have ever seen (like a regular Fitness First and more), the rooms were very clean and smell clean.
the hotel is along a wide and busy road -
it is good casue there are lots of taxi and it does not jam.
it is not so good because there is nothing next to the hotel so every trip is a taxi ride or a metro ride (which is 10 minutes walk away)

i love the hotel ambience, modern contemporary design. staff are helpful, provide valuable guidance, specially when we need to find our way around town. room is ok, clean and tidy. love the bar, great place to hang out with friends at night! if you don't mind a bit of walking, klcc is reachable about 15 mins walk.

they offer excellent access to the city centre and all the main attractions. Hotel nearby train station it offers you convenient and ready access to the rest of the places. In addition it offers absolutely stunning views of the city. If you're happy to take a taxi from the hotel then you'll be in the heart of the city centre in under 15 minutes.

The hotel is located at heart of KL center. There are plenty of shopping malls around (Pavilion, KLCC, Lot10..etc). But do expect the bad traffic jam during peak hour such as morning working hour and after office hour.
I was quite surprised when I first enter the hotel. The hotel lobby is pretty small which located at upper floor, same level with the swimming pool. Upon arrival, the reception servise was very prompt.
The room was spacious and I like the modern design. Room service was good too.

i felt compelled to review this hotel, as a frequent traveller, i may have slightly higher standards than others, and gtowers surpassed them all, to the finest detail of having the options to select your own pillow collection in your room. the entire staff are courteous and well mannered. in spite of the higgledy - piggledy layout of the hotel, even that inconvenience is made pleasant due to the decor. location to klcc is ideal walking distance to a quick cab ride or if you prefer the lrt.
