Lazy staff with poor service, but good room

thsi is my first time to stay in g tower hotel but i think i will not stay there again.
on the day of check-in is a mess! near twenty guest waiting for one staff for checking-in. the time is not during mid-night or early morning; it is just after two o'clock (the busiest time for check-in). how come only one staff serving???
the reception staff seems so lazy and the speed is super low and i need to waiting more than 45 minutes for my turn! (i am the 5th guest already and i cannot imagine when the 20th guest need to wait.....
room is nice and the tv is brand new program in malaysia. i think the hardwre is good, but softward is very very poor! even poor than 3 star hotel!
Shopping Tip:
KLCC is the not very near the hotel, need to walk more than 10-15 mins. As the hotel area is making large road refubisment so it seems diffcult to walk to KLCC

Its a nice hotel
Close to Metro Station, walking to KLCC in 20 mins

I love this hotel and its all about the location. Its 5 mins walk to Ampang Park and 20 mins to KLCC. 10 mins cross the road to access 7-11 store and Mc.Donald, Outtown Coffee Shop, bakery, all in Ampang Park Plaza. The serivce of the bellboy is decent and very helpful for my mission accoplished. I also tried the Itanlian Restaurant Tanzini Upper Deck. I would rate 7/10 for the food and view.
Remember to get yourself ready for gym, high rated gym room. Its large and full facilities. The pool is too small for me to swin, so I haven't tried.
Wifi connection is just fine, slightly faster than my Maxis 3G on my mobile.

G hotel is somewhat a boutique hotel. Located on the 11th, 12th & 13th floor of a commercial building. The rooms are very comfortable to stay in. Varieties of pillow for you to choose from depending on your preference. Dining is thumbs up, with a wide selection of choices within the premises. Having a drink on the skybar was awesome. Moreover, the gym is worldclass. The inifinity pool is not so for a swimmer. Location of the hotel is not the best among others but is acceptable. Overall, my stay at the hotel is overwhelming.

It is within walking distance to the Ampang Park Station and Ampang Mall. The hotel design is awesome.

Impressive services and location

Was only at the G Tower for one night, but found it clean, impressive and conveniently located. Food was quite good, although breakfast service could have been better. There are lots of eating options on the lower ground floor of the building or within walking distance.

the hotel are new in condition and is well design for business traveler. i like the design concepts for the hotel..looks cozy yet comfortable..there are free wifi in the room.

We really enjoyed staying in GTower. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is OK but it would be better if they made changes in menu once in a while. Rooms are new and clean. Housekeeping is good. Bed is really good, one of the best beds I have ever slept on. Bed linens are very good. It is the best Value for money hotel in KL.
Also they have to keep pool open at least untill 9 pm (now it is 7 pm)
Restaurant Tip:
Visit Viewbar at the top of the building. Great view and good prices. On Thursdays they have Ladies night with complimentary 3 cocktails.
