Hotel which meets my high expectation

I was satisfied with my stay here and the hotel do serve its 5stars tag well. I was particularly impressed with the services provided. In particular, as it was my girlfiend's birthday the next day, and I specially requested the Hotel receptionist to deliver a bouquet of flowers to my room on 12a.m prior to my stay. Guess what, they deliver it right on the 12a.m dot.
Besides, the swimming pool was awesome too. But it is slightly too small for my liking, but again it serve its job well.

Excellent hotel rooms but more for business

The experience was splendid except the rule of no shorts / sandals for breakfast (I understand it is a business hotel) and that housekeeping left the clogged toilet bowl as is. We came back to a clogged toilet bowl.

Good hotel for business

I stay at this place everytime I am in KL for business. The hotel is small but at a five star standard. It has great rooms, executive lounge for all at the top floor (great benefit) and two very nice pools. The hotel shares the gym with the public, which means its a big place with classes. Service is fine, but a bit inflexible compared to what I experience in other places in Asia.

the hotel is in a large tower block and covers some upper floors only of the tower. the reception was in an upper floor which had a great pool area although privacy there was not possible as the reception overlooked the pool. although booked some months earlier they were unable to provide the premier room that was selected at the time of booking and offered no refund for the lesser room which none the less was a beautiful room. breakfast was part of the package but their dining area on another floor from our room had a requirement that no thongs (slipper, jandals etc) or sleeveless shirts were to be worn. rather annoying actually as there were no other guests eating there on any of the days we entered the dining room and required us to dress accordingly purely for the pleasure of having a breakfast.

Wonderful room comes with all the quality, trendy furniture. I like the bed, very comfortable, one of the best beds in my list. Well equipped gym and 2 swimming pools. The breakfast serve at the top floods, enjoy the good foods with nice view.
Located 3 mins walking distance from monorial station.

I've stayed at this place four times. It had been about 6 months since my last visit. They have remodeled the downstairs area a bit, and the hotel just seems to get better each time I go there. This place is not well known and is exactly why I stay here. It's quiet, modern, clean and great value for the money. I can't really think of anything negative. It has everything I look for. I'll continue to stay here each time I'm in KL until I find something better.

We have stayed here on several occasions and will continue to use this hotel. For us it is very convenient to places we like to go to and the public transport as well as access by car is good. Although high in the building it is easy to access and the staff are great. On this occasion we (our fault) had muddled our booking. Both the hotel and Agoda receive plaudits for fixing the problem with no fuss or bother whatever. Well done!
