My room was very clean the staff was polite the facilities excellent.
I would recommend the hotel to anyone for ashort stay to long stay.
Near to the local metro and local shops.

It was alright, not the best I've stayed in so far. I enjoyed the room very much but was disappointed when there was no bathtub in the bathroom. However, the water pressure is amazing. Feel so refreshed whenever I took a shower. Good location however if you're trapped in rush hour traffic, it might be a pain. Pool was ok, jacuzzi area was a bit small.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while I attended a conference in KL. This is a 5 star modern hotel and conveniently located in KL centre which is closed to KLCC. I personally likes the fairly spacious and modern designed room! The bathroom itself is very clean. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly! The comfortable king size bed allowed me to have a good rest throughout the night. There are quite a variety of restaurants in the hotel building and some fast food restaurants opposite the hotel. So, there’s no worries of dining during the hotel stay if you are lazy to drive out.

Nice room, good location but not quite five stars
Conveniently located in the KLCC area. The LTR is literally around the corner making travel exceptionally easy. Loop around the back street and connect to the KLCC Park, a lovely walk to the Towers.

The GTower is located on the far side of KLCC, near the embassies. Not quite the Bukit Bintang convenience for eating out, but it has its own array of restaurants on the lower ground, fast food near the LTR and walkable distance to the towers. Nice bar and club lounge for guest. Rooms are nice however failed for five stars due to the provision of towels showing obvious sights of wear and stains and the showers had black mould.
