i was quite disappointed with the exterior at first cz it looks dirty and old but when i step in then it was a different story..the interior is nice,staffs were friendly and i was able to get an early check in with the help of hotel staff..i was able to enjoy the executive lounge which i think was the best thing i enjoy in this hotel.food were nice n so does the staffs.

generally good hotel to stay -- i would not expect less from the hilton brand.
it was close to my meeting location.
did not have time to dine at the restaurant.. due to my hectic schedule. i wish i had done so. maybe next time.
would also love to tryout the gym... will keep in mind during my next visit.

2nd stay at this hotel. as usual room is clean and comfortable. exterior of the hotel may be old but the interior of the hotel has been refurbished nicely. unfortunately there is no free wifi but if you have a data sim card, reception is not an issue. many eateries nearby and a good steak place called victoria station. Would recommend this place for business travelers.

although check-in time was stated at 2 pm, my family and i had to wait till 6.30 pm till we got our rooms. we had arrived at the hotel at 3.00 pm and upon checking in was tiold that the 2 rooms i've booked were not ready and had to wait for 30 mins. after an hour our rooms were still not ready much to our annoyance. upon displaying our displeasure, my family consisting of frail old people were given a temporary room where we could rest. finally at 6.30 pm we were informed that teh rooms were ready. our luggages were later brought up by the concierge after repeated calls. as a sweetener for our inconvenience, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast the next day for the family. that was a nice touch. throughout the stay, i would say the service was good.

Although the hotel building looks old from outside, the interior are well groomed especially the rooms, simple yet comfortable. Hotel staffs are friendly and provided good services. Strategic location to shopping malls.
