- the brand and NOTHING ELSE!!
-poorly maintained
- noisy esp from the nightclub which reverberates throughout the hotel
- dirty carpets, windows
- food mediocre
This hotel seems good from its lobby and communal areas as well as what you would hope Hiltons are supposed to be - however -this hotel is not maintained esp in the bedroom areas. I was bitterly disappointed - and was not able to sleep for the first 2 nights because of the noisy nightclub. Even after moving, I was not happy - as the replacement rom was shabby and poorly maintained. Definitely woud NOT recommend to anyone!

Service exceptional.
Staff extremely friendly and very helpful.
The attention given to emailed questions prior to arrival, the service cordially given throughout the entire 10 days of our stay and the assistance and advice provided by staff on the subjects of tours, points of interest, shopping etc etc was such that we have nothing but praise for the people concerned. The quality of the accommodation and its cleanliness could not be faulted. The cuisine was unfortunately too good as our increased waistlines will evidence. All-in-all a wonderful experience that we would have no hesitation in recommending to even the most discerning traveller
Travel tip : Taxies are generally good if somewhat small for larger than average Westerners. Rail travel on the "suburban" lines is quick, cheap, comfortable and clean and links with most places you would wish to go.

Excellent value for the price, great service, clean comfortable room and great food. Can't go wrong here.
They should have internet terminals, they have wireless but no terminals.

This is the 5th time I have stayed at the PJ Hilton as I go there often to visit customers. My home base is in Thailand so it doesn't take long to get there.
My usual routine is to get up and work out at 05:30 then have breakfast around 07:00. The food is good the service is excellent and it cost me about 55 Ringgit.
Depending on which room you get, you may get that refreshed feeling or sometimes the feeling like things are a bit dirty and old (I've had both experiences at the PJ Hilton).
Access to the fitness center was icluded with my reservation and the fitness center is well equipped and has what you need.
Never been to the pool though there is one there.
I wouldn't take my family to the PJ for a vacation but it's quite adequate for business trips.
Not much else to say, good luck and rest well.
Shopping Tip : There is a supermarket in the mall across the street, very convenient for snacks, water, and fruit

very convenient to get money changer, food, drink and just a small supermarket facing to it.
Very very old fashion. carpet,room interior every thing.
Unless it is very near by the customer I need talk, I don't like to live at this hotel and its price is even higher without reason. It is said that the most oldest and even the first 5 star luxury hotel in Petaling Jaya.

Location good for hawker style and reasonable restaurant food. Rooms clean and generous sized. Staff helpful and professional
Room air conditioning is too cold even on lowest fan with highest temperature setting.
Professional and friendly staff from front desk to room carers. Rooms are generous sized,clean and comfortable. Location is within comfortable walking distance to nice eating places. Nice and soothing decor in all the public areas makes for very comfortable meeting points. Checking in was a breeze and there was no problems extending on check out time.

I had to be in PJ and henced booked the PJ Hilton for convenience and assurance of the Hilton's brand. I am pleased with the efficient air conditioning system, clean room, good bed and multi stations TV (read old TV). Hallway and room is little dated but nevertheless happy to stay there again.

Proximity to industrial area, good for business traveler, located near to food and shopping outlet, convenient
Internet is quite expensive, TV program too limited.
As I have a Hilton gold crd I got upgraded to the executive floor and get to enjoy the lounge facility. It provides good variety of choice for dinner and breakfast and it is cosy. They will provide season parking pass so need not get endoesement every time getting out and in to the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, although there was a lack of information on the area, or on any part of Kuala Lumpur at all.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Ask the people at the hotel who organise the taxis - also ask for bookings and for approximate costs, saves a lot.
