Overall was good. Staff are well trained, friendly and attentive. One minor issue besides free wifi connection not provided is that the outside window of the room is not cleaned, making a fuzzy city view from the room.

It was a pleasant stay. The newly refurbished rooms were a plus point. The rooms are spacious. The bed was super comfy. The food was delicious, especially the curry laksa.

The service crew is great, willing to help and able to extend my request promptly.
The matter that really bother me is the lack of internet access. The charges for internet is damn expensive, MYR 15 for 15 minutes. Even though I try to access from coffee house, the charges is MYR 60 per hour.
Poor Car park, the flow of the car park is not well designed and you will not feel safe while you are in cark park.
