although check-in time was stated at 2 pm, my family and i had to wait till 6.30 pm till we got our rooms. we had arrived at the hotel at 3.00 pm and upon checking in was tiold that the 2 rooms i've booked were not ready and had to wait for 30 mins. after an hour our rooms were still not ready much to our annoyance. upon displaying our displeasure, my family consisting of frail old people were given a temporary room where we could rest. finally at 6.30 pm we were informed that teh rooms were ready. our luggages were later brought up by the concierge after repeated calls. as a sweetener for our inconvenience, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast the next day for the family. that was a nice touch. throughout the stay, i would say the service was good.

We only booked for a night stay over the weekend without breakfast. The room was ok and was quite big but i'm disappointed with the bathroom. It was too small. The bathroom door almost tuches the toilet bowl everytime you open it since the toilet is facing the door directly.. The only good thing is that their toiletries is Paul Thomas Roth.

Overall, there are no complaints about this hotel but I do have some things am not happy with:
a) No WIFI
b) No free internet for guests....available in some other hotels of the same standing, especially since WIFI would have been provided
c) Rates for telephone calls from the room (even for domestic calls) are exorbitant. Clarity of rates is not provided in the information given. YOu only understand what it means when you have to pay for the bill.

It is very good to enjoy the food in the hotel. The lobby is also a good place to have tea with friends. Most equipment are great in the hotel, only the TV is small. Otherwise, the experience is very great in the hotel.

the service of the front desk to me, not really friendly (especially the on serve me).
the room they gave was the room that haven't renovated (as the old wing now are doing renovation, upper floor are renovating but low floor are given to customer that paying cheaper price in agoda) the bed to me is too soft sleep until my back pain. but some people will love soft mattress i think.
house keeping really up to standard, stayed 2nights there, 1st night once you using the shower gel provided by hotel, next day they will replace for you. really good on this.
the cleanest also 5stars.
the hotel entrance i always miss out, cos it is too near to the exit of the parking. but the hotel location to everywhere also quite convenience.
maybe i put on high hope for 5stars hotel, especially hilton. really a star hotel to me, but got into it, become just a normal hotel.
