Comfortable bed and big spacious room. Big Bathroom comes with bath tub and shower room.Get a free upgrade after we complaint about the toilet bowl which was filled with toilet paper and stucked. Love the olympic sized pool but parking is far away from the room. There is a few restaurants in the hotel area.

Beautiful hotel although it's old fashioned. Nice lake view and good swimming pools.
Overall staying experience was wonderful but breakfast menu should be change or at least varies them since my last stay there.

Overall i am quite satisfied to stay in this hotel. It's very good location in Subang Jaya area (5 mins drive to Sunway Pyramid). Impressed on the hotel sport facilities (eg.bowling alley, swimming pool, gym room). The breakfast provided also delicious and variety. But the room might need to be upgraded. The decoration in the room is very old fashioned and the tv are still using the old model (without LCD).
Restaurant Tip:
There is Salmon Steak House near Taylors College selling nice and cheap western food.

The hotel room was very spacious and we were upgraded to corporate deluxe due to no deluxe room available. Overall still happy with stay in this hotel. Free one way shuttle bus service provided to city but the transportation quite old.

Was given a room on the 3rd floor which was renovate. Room comdition poor. Shower head is not functioning well. Room was musky smell. Switches in the room were old and not sensitive as each time I needed some lights to be turned on, had to keep flipping the switch till I got a connection. Scary! TV is an old CRT TV which belongs in a museum, TV channels are not tuned and TV reception is snowy or just not clear at all.

This hotel is quite old, clean and worth with the money you spend.
Breakfast can say average.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Quite Close to Sunway Lagoon, is about 10 minute by taxi.

A very good hotel to stay with the family. Nice to relax for the whole family especially it has a nice view partically the lake which is awesome.
The location is also near major family attraction which is a plus.
The room service is also top of the class. Really appreciated it.

Not sure where went wrong - Agoda or holiday villa

not sure what went wrong, there was delay in our check ins. they couldnt find my reservation. ask me when I book the hotel.. luckily there was internet. Found that I book the hotel 2 mths before the trip. so they spend 15 mins doing up the room....not too happy!
the room were quite big as they upgraded us to corporate deluxe. found that the toilet door was not working properly almost lock my boys inside!
there was mosquitoes in the room, and the sofa seems to have bugs.
breakfast was normal.
when we past by the swimming pool on the first day, it was littered with leaves... but on the 2nd day, we saw it is clean so assumed there was somebody that does the cleaning up.
Shopping Tip:
sunway mall and midvalley mall is just a stone throw away.. but the traffic to KL itself is bad!!
