Great location and close to Sunway Lagoon

When we arrived at the hotel, our reserved room (superior) was upgraded to deluxe. This gave us a really first and good perception about this hotel.
Besides, this hotel is situated in a strategic location, close to malls and theme park (Sunway Lagoon). It has also large pool and fitness centre.

Huge room but rather dated
Huge room, good facilities, wonderful breakfast.

I had asked for a non-smoking room with double bed. However, the room I was given was a smoking room instead. Later, they changed me to a non-smoking room but with 2 single beds. I didn't mind the single beds but even though it was a non-smoking room, the room still reeked of stale smoke. Other than the unpleasant smell, everything else was fine.

Hotel with a big pool.
Lake side and Olympic size swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi..

The staffs are very friendly.If you are not satisfied with your room they will always change for you if there is other room available. Once I complain about bitten by some insect at night, the next day they sent a pest control personnel to check on our room.
The room is spacious and clean with good view of the pool and lake.
This hotel is situated very near to a rail line and plenty of taxis out side the hotel and they are friendly too. Food is just a few minutes walk down the street plenty of choices for us. A medical specialist center is only about 5 minutes walk.
The location and the staffs are superb.

I found that the staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel is also well prepared and it is somewhat the best hotel food which i have ever tasted. However the location of the hotel is a little far off and one needs a car if one wishes to travel to a shopping mall etc. The newly renovated rooms are also very impressive and nicely renovated.

Beautiful place. Nicely decorated. Has an olympic size pool and a few squash courts. We had nice days there. They treated us very well, gave us a good upgrade to one of the new renovated rooms. We were very happy.
Good place to stay in KL ... good to have a car, beings it is a little way from Bukit Bintang!
