Great location with spacious room

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The room was spacious. However the furniture was in the room was quite old and some of the switch is not functioning as well. The staffs at there was very friendly and helpful. The locations of the hotel is also very strategic as it is near to the shopping mall.

Big room although its not that new but it has a lovely lake view from the window.
Shopping Tip:
Its bout 5 minutes drive to Sunway Pyramid and one can spend the entire day shopping and walking around the huge complex.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Although first time was forgettable, this time round was better. Reason being is the first time round i didn't know, and selected their "old room" (not upgraded yet). So always choose the newer upgraded rooms. It makes a huge difference. Rooms are very big, and the view of the lake is very nice. 24hrs room service, and breakfast buffet spread was good. Staff were all very polite and professional.

Great resort hotel with golf panoramic view
Easy access to golf course, closeby to offices in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.

The room is nice and cozy. More than enough to expect if you travel just for a business. If you are a golf lover, this hotel will very much suit you. The hotel is excellent for both business and pleasure.
The breakfast is also nice, but I will suggest you include the breakfast while booking the room, since it will end up cheaper rather than adding the breakfast package later when you check in.
The hotel is quite secluded from a big road, so the air quality is also excellent.
Shopping Tip:
About 5 minutes drive from the hotel, you can find quite a good mall called "Subang Empire". Ther you can find many good food outlets as well as coffee shops and other shops to cater your needs. There is also a supermarket inside the mall which is quite convenient for the shoppers.

Always happy to be staying in this hotel. Nice and generally comfortable place.
However, it is a bit old and could do with a major upgrade of the basic room facilities (such as power & light switches). Not easy to get public taxi as it is off the main road. Hotel staff always trying to promote their hotel car service, which is fine but much more expensive than regular public taxis.

I just felt that the hotel has provided me an old room due to the fact that I was using Agoda check-in document.
I believe that, if the hotel is really serious in getting more people, they should at least let us try their new rooms.
We can also be a good marketing agent or promoter for the hotel... with the old room (which was similar to the one I stayed 10 years ago), there was nothing to shout about.
