this is the 1st time im staying in this hotel. not a bad hotel. price is affordable. has lots of facilities for recreation. location is near sunway lagoon. nice views of the lake in front of the hotel

Two big rooms at the ground floor. Nice and clean with connecting door between the two room. This time we also tried two of the hotels restaurants. They are ab bit more expensive then the restaurants outside but we had a good service and food.

Old hotel that needs major room renovation

We were given 2 single beds instead of 1 king size bed as per published in Agoda Website, after a few phone calls to the front desk, they finally gave us Deluxe Room with King size bed. The hiccups didn't end there, our room does not have any hot water (shower, tub and sink) until the last day of our stay. According to the management, they will get their technician to come and fix it (10.30 pm). A call from the front desk manager saying we have to turn in the hot water tap for half hour in order to get the hot water running as they are doing renovation on the upper floor (so much of saving water). Room wall paper are peeling off, breakfast was ok but receptionist and F&B dept need to put some smile on their face when serving customers.

Stayed here for attend training. Everything is basic, average. check in easy and fast, very basic cafe with limited menu. room was clean and acceptable.Not worth for the price.

It was nice and quiet except of the occasion rowdy and loud guests since our room was next to the lobby. Should have a fluffier pillows and thicker duvets. The air-conditioning in the room was ruthless.
Restaurant Tip:
I'll rather not have breakfast at the cafe because the spread was not fantastic and the cafe looks like it popped out of the 80s.

i like this hotel due to easy access to many places.i will definitely visit this hotel again.
