Decent hotel though a bit run down

They are currently upgrading their hotel rooms for the next few months hence do expect constructions going on from time to time. I was staying at the old wing and the room seriously needs an upgrade as soon as possible (eg: TV, sofas, cabinets, carpets...). Nevertheless, the room was really spacious. Hopefully the new upgrade will enhance a better staying experience in the future.

Very Nice Calm
I like the remote area surrounding the hotel. Nice view of lake.

The hotel is kind of old but the view and the calmness is very nice for a day after work.
Travel tip:
If you prefer walking distance then this may not be for you since it is very large, however, it is still not very far only couple blocks away.

We had a short stay here. Hotel has a full size swimming pool.
Friendly and courteous staff. Good for family, with lots of space for kids to run about.

this is a very delightful hotel with very good service.the hotel staff are very pleasant and have good communication skills/quite clean,good room service .there is also very very very spacious rooms and the toilet is very very clean.

service was so friendly ... taxi was at ur service instantly , good space of the newly refurbished rooms , but the rooms smelly on arrival which solved on opening the a/c .. 9 m.r to the sunway resort by taxi .. wonderful view on lake from balcony , the jaccuzi was so fine and hot . restaurant have good breakfast .. mr. tev at concierge was so friendly and helpfull in arranging any needed trips .. have a free shuttle 3 times daily to sunway and klcc which saved lot of money .. i was on high floors 17 so hhad a good view .. the service at restaurant very active and friendly and helpfull ... also thx to agoda.com which gave us a very good rate on our room and the reservation was perfectly arrange with my notes on pickup from airport .. i recommend it to everyone need the best value for moderate rate .
Shopping Tip:
u have to try shopping in sunway .. some expensive but a lot of variety of original stuff
