The room at 15th Floor has no stopper. Each time I closed the door, it ends up a huge bang. Not only my room, but other as well. The car park condition is poor, the road is in very bad conditions. The daily room service is poor, no floor mat provided.

I stayed in a deluxe room which is rather spaceous. The problem is that the light is very dim though I later requested for Housekeeping to increase the wattage of the stand lamp. TV program very limited and the local stations have very bad reception. This is my second stay. Compared to 9 months ago, the traffic is getting very bad just outside the hotel - I spend quite some time in the jam. Waiting time at the Japanese food corner is too long. Need to walk to the nearby Hiton PJ for restaurants.

I have started to like this hotel more and more.
I may be biased as the location of Armada is convenient for me as most of my meetings are in Petaling Jaya.
The rooms are well kept and I get rooms on higher floor with good views but this time was not as good as the last few times.
The food in the Utara coffee shop is good. The staff are friendly and helpful
Restaurant Tip:
Plenty of eating options in and around Armada. Across the road near KFC and Subway are a plethora of local food options as well. I make sure I get one meal in one of these local joints. They are all worth a try.
