Nice room with internet connection
Located 5 mins from LRT station

The room has free internet connection and the hotel is just 5 mins walk to LRT station. There are a few gyms nearby like Fitness First, True Fitness. Fitness First is just located 5 mins from the hotel, Menara Axis. There is no swimming pool in the hotel thou.

Clean and well maintained rooms

Room rates are value for money. Rooms are clean and well maintained and ample parking space provided. Only thing was the air conditioning unit which, desptie switching it off, one can still feel the room being very cold.

the room was good in all the aspects but compare to my earlier stay for the same price n type, the earlier ones were much better and i was clueless why i did not obtain the same type for the same value. i did not place any complain but simply adjust as i only needed the room till late evening.

Quiet & nice place to stay in middle of town.

Pretty good hotel. Relatively efficient service although they worried me for a second as they cannot find the booking which I made via Agoda. Service of maintenance and housekeeping good. Fast and Friendly

the renovated floors 21-24 are modern and up to standard, though the water pressure for the bathroom showers were quite weak. floors 4-20 which remained un-renovated at the time are to be avoided, as these floors truly showed their age but are ok if you're not fussy about staying in very worn accommodation and can get a decent price.

This is not my first time for staying this hotel. Room is clean as usual with a spacious space. Room condition is good. Hotel staff are polite & helpful. Quite near to Mid Valley shopping center. The only complaint is the room is abit dark , hope the hotel management can improve this.
