location is great, but features of the hotel needs to be worked on. rooms are old and so are the amenities. the carpets, upholstery, bathrooms need doing up since it will get good business due to its location. staff have to be friendly and approachable too. stay was ok.

the hotel overall conditions are good. room size is just nice and comfortable. breakfast price is reasonable.
the only thing not meet expectation is the surrounded area has no food stall.
anyway it worth for the price.

Hotel staff good and cooperativeness. Good breakfast provided and not so crowded compare to other Hotel. Room not very clean, need a refurbishment to their rooms.
Restaurant Tip:
Need not rush with other guest for breakfast as their is not many guest.

the hotel is pretty run down. but the staff is friendly. the cafe closes at 10:00 and there is really nothing much to offer by way of a late night snack. food is pretty pricey.

when i enter to the room, wah! this was my impression. the room is comfy, clean & spacious after upgraded. the bed is comfortable & clean. the bathroom is spacious too & well-prepared with shampoo etc.
the staff are polite & i have been fast-served. waiting & check in time is short.
overall im satisfied with armada's services. well done!

I enjoyed my rooming and their complimentary breakfast. The only breakpoint that I found disturbing was that the parking lot has a bad smell. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Plus points:
1) spacious room
2) nice baby cot (although no blanket included)
3) Aircon was cold
4) Newspapers
5) Good variety of breakfast
6) Includes iron and ironing board
7) Ample parking space
Minus points:
1) No bathtub (Only Premier Deluxe has)
2) Staff smoking at the elevator corridor on a non smoking floor
3) Fridge was not cold
Overall quite good.
Shopping Tip:
Its quite near most shopping complex (about 10 mins drive), so if you drive it will be quite convenient.
