Value for money
Convenient location for PJ n KL although roadworks n road changes can be off putting. Helpful reception staff n a good buffet breakfast. Rooms were big enough n fairly clean when we checked in. Unfortunately, when we extended an extra night, cleaning staff didn't bother to keep it as clean. Still, definitely value for money compared to other hotels nearby or in KL

In the area we needed/wanted to be in. Found nice little restaurant at Jaya Mall - the Red Olive . . .

Good Service
Good location, Helpful staff. Comfortable stay. Parking is limited especially weekend when there is function at restaurant beside the hotel. Difficult to get to the hotel due to construction and road work nearby.

Bad attitude staff
Bad staff performance. Although my room is included breakfast, in the end I still need to pay for my breakfast again when check out just because of send the breakfast from the hotel lobby cafe to my room. Ridiculous! Although I already double confirm with the front desk when check in, in the end the staff denied that his statement and force me pay extra. Really bad staff performance! Will never back to this hotel.
