Great Location Clean Room
Very Convenient, a stone throw away from all the major shopping mall.

right at the heart of the city center. bukit bintang is just a block away. major shopping mall like starhill gallery,pavillion mall, and berjaya time square is within walking distance. hotel room is not so big, but it is really clean and very well upkeep.

it is conveniently located in the bukit bintang area, 3 mins walk to the monorail station near by. good location if you have business at the pwtc. at night, there are plenty of food choices to choose from as there are many shopping centres nearby.
i wish to thank the hotel for accommodating to my changing demands to suddenly check in to my original for an hour more for completing some work. they are very kind to allow me the room back.

for going to shopping, it is better stay this hotel, near to shopping mall, convenient just 5min walk can reach the shopping mall.

front counter staff were friendly and efficient when i checked in at 8am. i was given a room even though official check-in was 2pm, and after after an overnight flight, this gesture was very much appreciated. the room was clean and fresh although a bit small. the safe was useful for passports and valuables.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you require free WIFI, book a room which includes breakfast & WIFI. As I did not want the breakfast the superior room rate did not include free WIFI. The charge just for WIFI was the same as the additional cost for breakfast AND WIFI!

It's a wonderful hotel. We stayed on the 14th floor. From our room we could see both the twin towers and the kl tower. The hotel is next to BB plaza. Major attractions are easily accessible from the hotel by the sky train. The sky train station bukit bintag and all the popular malls are within walking distance. At night you will e able to see many activities on the bintang walk.
We really liked the room, specially the bed. We had some problem with the toilet. However, the hotel staffs were really helpful. They gave us a new room. The breakfast could have been better. We also ordered food from the room service menu. The food was alright. The free fast wifi was an added advantage
Restaurant Tip:
There is a cafe in-front of BB Plaza(bukit bintang plaza) called Mado, they sell some kind of sweets named bakhlabha*(not sure about the spelling). It was really yummy. If you love sweets then you must try this. There is an Indian money changer opposite to the cafe. He always gave us the best rate. By the way if you want to enjoy the wonderful view of the city from your room then try to get a room on the higher floor.

Great location but small rooms

great stay but my rooms are smaller than i expected.
actual booking is superior rooms means 2 single bed but i request for double bed and the staff help me me to get the rooms that i want. my rooms is on level 9 and facing klcc tower. even it's small but the view is fantastic! toilet just ok having a problem wt the toilet flush and the aircon are so cold.
breakfast are ok but hardly to get some food because the table arrangement a bit weird.
since we are not inside the rooms 24hours me and my husband don't feel the pinch so much.
