At the center of Malls and eateries
8
the staff at the front desk were attentive. i asked for a non-smoking room but was booked at the 3rd floor which was a smoking floor. i notified the front desk and they said i will be moved to a non smoking floor by noon the next morning. i was notified that the only non smoking floor is the 7th. since they could not find a room on the 7th we were upgraded to the 18th. the floor was not smoky, the room was fine until the next door guest started smoking outside of his door.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Petronas: Its a nice building but I did not feel that awesome feeling when I got there. You can go there around 8:00 - 9:00 and still have tickets for the sky tour, if you miss the tour for the day you can get early tickets for the next day. I think RM50 is expensive. TAXI, Chocolate factory, Leather factory, Tea Coffee place: Nice places to go, mostly tourist price duh. Taxi drivers get RM5 when they drive tourist there. FOOD: halal food, no alcohol no pork. You have to find non halal eateries.

stayed here for the second time. last time was in superior room but this time upgraded to deluxe room for the same price. actually nothing different except twin bed is replaced by queen size bed. even staying alone, i prefer twin bed so that i can rest on one upon returning to the hotel after work and sleep in a fresh one for retirement at nite after shower.

such great location for the price!
surrounded by total of 12 big shopping malls!!
8.7
the hotel is in such great location, and although the main streets are filled with people pulling you in for massages, this hotel is around the corner and theres less hssle there (though some people may view the side street as being dodgy), but it is such a short walk to the malls, biggest being pavillion.

the location alone was well worth the price
the hotel is conveniently located in kl's tourist and shopping district, has a warm, genteel feel to it and the rooms are spotless, modern and very comfortable

i stayed here for about a week and i believe i really got value for money. it's location is perfect, near the imbi and bukit bintang monorail stations, several great shopping malls and food courts.....and you must visit the low yap plaza, malaysia's biggest it mall. 7 floors of electronics and gadgets galore.
my only real complaint, if you can call it that, is the hotel's tv channels (about 7 or 8 i think) which offers little variety in tv shows. i really hope they can remedy this in the future but even if they can't or won't, i will definitely book my next trip to kl in hotel capitol. thank you for a wonderful stay

Hotel with an average room
Located near to the shopping areas
6.3
The hotel does not have their own parking spaces/lots and you have to leave it at the nearby shopping mall, which you will have no access to your vehicle after closing hours.
They have a relatively well maintained room and we are at least pleased to have a room with a view. However, for those who travel light, please bring along your tooth brush and all toiletries, should you don't intend to buy any. Nothing been provided except for 2 bars of soap and a small bottle of shampoo.
The a/c vent rattle all day and night, which they quickly sent a tech to fasten it. We enjoyed some silent from it for a few hours and it's back again. We just have to set the speed to low and stuff the loose areas with tissues.
The hotel don't provide free WIFI and they charge RM50/day, but there is a internet bar across the hotel which charge RM3/hr.

Wish I stayed here longer..very convenient. The hotel was located in central, making it easy for us to move around. The food outlets were easily accessible and the shopping centre was also within the walking distance.
Shopping Tip:
Easy access to shopping areas

Great Location and basic hotel
8.3
It's a really good location with all the top shopping malls around the corner. There are actually quite a different range with low and high class places. Pavilion being the highest class with really nice restaurants.
The hotel is good, but I'd recommend you get the package which gives you free wifi and breakfast. Much more bang for buck considering whawt you're getting.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Also get the rooms facing the KL Petronis twin towers.
It lights up at night and looks hot!

The Only Location that I choose this Hotel
Nothing special with this Hotel
6
no complimentary water in the room even we have ask for the water , the reception said no water for superior room .
they do so straight for the check out time . you can not extend even for 1 hour . but other hotel can do with free.
once again ,the location of this hotel is very closed to sungai wong shopping mall just in front of it.
and so many foods around there .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Hotel room is very old style , because of old Hotel .
