Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Excessive complementary drinks and snacks. Amazing city view. Hotel location right in the middle of Bukit Bintang, near to public transport, major shopping complex (low yatt plaza, sungei wang, bernama times square, pavillion and also comuter station are all within walking distance).
Friendly enough staff and fast check in and check out.

Hotel in good location
Very close to shopping centres, Great views of KL Tower and Pertonas Towers from room, the room was comfortable

My 4th visit to KL, my 1st visit to the Capitol Hotel, I would not hesitate to stay there again. The Internet connection needs attention.
The staff especially at Reception were excellent,nothing was too much trouble.
The cold Beer and Glass in the Bistro really hit the spot, several times.
