Upgrade the room type and early check in or upgrade the breakfast.

the breakfast not very good and when check in must waiting very long!! And the room very small.

Rooms are very nice and clean, large bathroom and shower. Location is excellent near to many malls and local sights are very close making touring the city very easy.

i can get food every where, and the shoping complex very near to this hotel and the staff a very friendly and the room a very clien and next holiday sure i will stay in this hotel and the price every body can afford. thanks agoda...

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff.
Safe and clean but internet access poor.

If possible have different menus for a change. As a frequent long term user, breakfast can be boring.
Some coffee and bedroom slippers would be nice.
Travel tip:
I would recommand this hotel for it's good location. very convenient. Get staff to assist with internet access before anything else.

i like hotel capitol kuala lumpur because it's a good location which can easily go to major sopping mall. eg. starhill, pavilion, time square and sungai wang. and it makes me feel easy to grab good foods at jalan alor.

Good location, shopping malls around, only bad point is noisy and traffice jam, Taxi drivers not using meter reading charges for Bukit Bintang area.

there is a front desk people who is very rude. he asked me to signed at the back of the registration card with the remark "lost card/extra card" when i told him the room card is not usable...he better dont work in hospitality industry if he is not ready/friendly enough! spoil malaysian image!

clean n friendly environment. staff very efficient

walking distance to malls like sungei wang, low yat plaza, times square, pavilion, lot 10 etc. the monorail is about 5 minutes from hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
sightseeing without getting stuck in traffic, use d monorail or lrt or ktm komuter.
