Great location - Good mid range hotel.
Central location, great views from upper floors, very friendly and efficient staff.

capitol hotel is perfectly located in the heart of bukit bintang tourist area. many shopping centres, bars, restaurants and about a million massage places very handy!
deluxe room is spacious and well appointed. breakfast is about normal standard for this typ of hotel - reasonable choices. the only downside to this hotel is the daily charge for in room wifi connection. you can connect free in the 'casa' bar/restaurant but only once you buy a drink!
Restaurant Tip:
300 metres to the street known as Jalan Alor. Many food stalls and restaurants at night. Well worth a visit.

reasonable value and good breakfast but they charge for everything e.g. extra pillow $2, fresh milk to the room to have with tea $2. some staff are awkward and difficult and some are wonderful and helpful. choose wisely!

Near lot's of food amenities & surrounded by shopping centers. Staff are friendly. Bed are extremely soft, it'll be better if it's more firm.
Restaurant Tip:
Lot's of food be it western or local, there are no shortage of it, walk across KFC hidden behind a famous food street reveal JALAN AH LOR with load of local food.

overall is ok. only the aircond in my room is not so cool (slowly cooling the room)
most important, security on the elevator.. (needs room card to enter the floor)
the hotel food is delicious and inexpensive... tried chicken steak... nice...

In front hotel is Sungai Wang, Lot 10. Near Low Yat Plaza, Pavillion, Times Square and etc.

Hotel location in the middle of Bukit Bintang

it was only take 10 minutes to check. the staff at registration desk was nice and friendly. the room was very nice but on the second day, the hotel housekeeping wasn't clean my room very well.
hotel capitol is just in the middle of several malls such as bukit bintang plaza, lot 1o, sungei wang, pavilion. it's only take 5 minutes to get to the mall.
if you like to take public transportation, just take monorail and it's only 5 minutes walking from hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you want to go around KL, you can travel with KL hop on Hop off bus.

the hotel is situated in a good location, close to many areas that you may want to go too in kl.. the rooms are ok, abit older style. needs modern tvs and furntures needs a revamp. but overall an ok stay.
Shopping Tip:
If you do not mind the walk. Its not far to wall to the pavillion shopping centre as well the two towers

suggest to book at Capitol hotel if you are good shopper as hotel is located nearby Sugai Wang, Log 10 and Pavilion. Room condition is fair but reasonable price.
