nice hotel but room too small. having difficulties during in and out of the lift where room card is required to swipe in before pressing the room no. but overall, breakfast is execellent with various of food provided.

it's my popular hotel due to easy for shopping spree which is almost near only a distance km walking. easy for take a teksi. the friendly staff always smile and greet wellcome. nice location. good service from the staff when check out. value for money for the room & breakfast included.

I am happy and delighted with the counter staff. There are friendly and efficient in dealing with the enrollment for the check in and check out. The room is clean with good basic facilities.
The locality is fantastic with many shopping areas and good foods around the hotel.
I would like to recomment to my friends to stay in Capitol Hotel.

The hotel is near to shopping mall. But, the hotel room is a bit small, it have improved with free internet compared to before there are no free internet. The staff keep from asking me to resend and resend the booking voucher even though I have send it again and again, this is a bit disturbing my family and I.

the location is good but a bit expensive

the location is excellent. it is close to monorail station (but it takes some time to find the hotel as there is construction nearby). the room is comfortable and clean. but i guess the price is a bit too high.

My second visit in this hotel, but this time, slightly longer stay with additional one day. It is well located near Bukit Bintang train station and there are many places nearby for breakfast, lunch, dinner & supper. It is a safe hotel as each person is only accessible to his/ her own room level based on the hotel card. The wifi within the room is excellent too. Overall, it is a pleasant stay here.
