The location is near all the major shopping mall.
The hotel is very clean.
The bed and room are clean and new.
The corridor are brightly lid.
Room are very bright because of the floor to ceiling window.
Every room is a room with a view of the city.
When I was there, I can seek the Petronas twin tower from my room
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to the kl bird park.
Is a very nice attraction

Lovely hotel thar deserves to rate high

Stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Great hotel at a good location with clean rooms. The hotel is at the centre of several shopping centres. Also close to transport links. Several food outlets are there fight in front of the hotel and more nearby.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful with a smile.

lovely hotel though the rooms are a little small
great location within 5 to 10 minute walk to all major shopping malls in Jln Bkt Bintang

i like to stay at capitol hotel every time i visit kuala lumpur.though the rooms are small but they are always kept neat and clean.the hotel staff are friendly and helpfull.major shopping malls are all within 5-10 minute walk.the only concern is the rooms are not tightly sound-proof.loud music could be heard right through late night
