I would like to say although the location is a bit put off....the hotel as a whole is good. The service was prompt. Breakfast was good catering to a wide varieties of dishes.... As a whole, had a pleasant stay

the greatest thing about this hotel is its location, simply in the heart of kuala lumpur, bukit bintang area, right in front of the hotel is the entrance to bukit bintang plaza, 10 minutes away is pavilion shopping mall..you can simply find everything here, if you're looking for food, there are many stall in jalan alor who provides you with many varieties of food, if you're kind of people who enjoy the nightlife, changkat is only 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel, yet to mention berjaya times square, if you and your family want to enjoy the indoor theme park there, simply put, if all you're looking for is the location, this hotel is the best there is..
the room might not be too spacious, but it's comfortable enough, though i'd recommend you're taking the hotel at the higher floor because it kind be noisy at night with all the hectic life that's going around the area :)
the facilities might not be what a 4 or 5 star hotel can give, but for the value and its location, i would love to recommend this hotel to you.
one simple tip, do not ask the taxi driver in front of the hotel to take you anywhere, because they will simply charge you a ridiculous fare, there are many taxis on the main street just around the corner and always insist on using the meter fare.

Great location for shopping.Accessibility bad jams

Room basically comfortable.Good location for shopping however getting to the hotel can be a hassle if you are driving because of the almost perennial jam around the area. The is also no place to wait at the hotel's so called porch area.
Be wary as you may be given the Handicap room if occupancy is high

The hotel's location is good as it surrounded with shopping malls. However, the traffic jam is kind of serious at Jalan Sultan Ismail. It is a recommended hotel for shopping but the size of the hotel is quite small. Not only for shopping, the tourists can also find night entertainment such as night market which has a wide choices of local food, foot massages and etc.

Overall very nice hotel as the location is very strategic around jalan alor. Very near to bukit bintang area and staff is friendly. Would definitely go bk again if Going bk to jalan alor.

Nice hotel in perfect location for shopping

Stayed here for a night, to catch up on shopping after five weeks backpacking. Great hotel, nice facilities, quiet rooms and very comfy bed.
Shopping Tip:
Lot ten on your doorstep. Eat at Sun Chui Yuen Restoran along Jalan Alor (43)

Great location and clean rooms
Convenient to shopping malls, good size and clean rooms, friendly and helpfull staff.

hotel is in a great location if you enjoy shopping and eating. you can get back to the hotel once loaded with shopping to rest before making another attack on the shops again. breakfast was sufficient with a good variety of foods and drinks.rooms were good size with showers instead of shower in bath tub.walking to petronas towers was easy as was most other sites.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Purchase at counter in hotel instead of on the web before departing as cheaper and can pick a day convenient to you.
