Great hotel located in great location

COuntesy service of the staffs though they are not good in spreaking English.
They provide great service to tourist and always have a great smile in their face.
The hotel driver is helpful and recommanded alot of places and food for us to eat.

I think the Capitol hotel is the best hotel in bukit bintang, it has the greatest location, is rounded so many mall, like sungei wang, low yat, berjaya and many other mall, it also too closed with many food centre, it is very great. I love staying here, the room is lovely, clean and nice. For next trip i will stay in this hotel again.

I went with my 58 yr-old mother on the fasting month of 2012. It was my 3rd time staying in the hotel. Unfortunately, the receptionist and bell boy were not as friendly, effective and polite compared to my first time staying there. During our sahur, the chef was nowhere to be found and all of us (muslim) could only eat cold food and fruits. Really? On the fasting month?
The only good thing remains is the closeness of its location to the monorail and shopping malls. I hope that the hotel's general manager could do something about the carelessness of the staffs and reprimand them to be more careful and polite to the hotel renter. I want to keep my first good impression as this hotel is one of the best place for the shopaholics.

The hotel situated at a good location and at fair rates. It good for doing business appointment. It is also easy to find good eating place at the hotel surrounding. Taxi is easily available. The sercive and staff are excellent. The hotel also near to shopping complexes and good for leasure.

Hotel Capitol is situated right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's shopping district. It's not only convenient for shopping but also convenient for a food lover like myself. There are alot of 24 hours food stall that offers local delights at a very good and affortable price. The hotel room is pretty clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay there.

This is my second time stay in this hotel and seems nothing change with this hotel.
The front office's staffs are very helpful and friendly. This time I book the rooms include the breakfast and the breakfast is very delicious and offers various kind of food.
Its location is in front of Mall Sunge Wang which sell many things with cheap prize and surrounded by many choices and restaurants.
The room itself is very comfortable. For the standard, it only fits for 2 persons and I think there is no space to put an extra bed.

I been staying at capitol hotel everytime i traveling to KL. Why i choose Capitol hotel as my stay because a friendly warming staff they provided. Room also clean and cheap wifi service available. Choose capitol hotel also because is at the heart of Kuala lumpur as it near to shopping mall by just walking. Lastly, i am looking forward my stay at capitol hotel again.

perfect location for nightlife all within walking distance, even to klcc using the skywalk is easy acees within 15 mins. only drawback is that it is noisy into the late night, not ideal if you want peace and quite at night.
