The hotel is near to shopping area and food. Moving around is easy, all at walking ditance. Room is very clean and can compare with a 4 stars hotel especially the toilet is so clean. Hotel staff was polite and friendly. I enjoy my stay very much and will go back there if I am in KL

Good location, just a short walk to Sungei Wang Plaza Shopping Centre, BB Plaza Shopping and Times Square Shopping Centre. Hotel room is clean and comfortable the staff are helpful, friendly and speak good english.Food and amenities around the area are great. I enjoy staying in this hotel, is a good deal.

We have stayed in this hotel before (in their DeLuxe room which is their cheapest one), and the size is standard. Bathroom is clean and large. No bathtub, shower only. Basic amenities are available. Breakfast can be boring if you stay longer than a week, but quality is good. Mostly Asian food but various types of bread available. Check-in was fast and efficient. No pool/gym available. The location of the hotel cannot be beat in the Bukit Bintang area. Low Yat (for electronics) is around the corner as well as BB Plaza and Sungei Wang mall for the cheap stuffs. Excellent Asian food stalls on Jalan Alor is a 2-3 minute walk away, just like the usual fast food chains McDonalds, Subway and KFC. Even KL's newest luxury mall (Pavillion) is just a 10 minutes walk (faster than by taxi!). Starbucks is 1 minute away (free Wi-Fi). No wi-fi in the hotel available, and cable internet is expensive at 25RM for 24 hours (about 7 USD). Note: not all rooms have cable internet. During my stay loud music at one of the restaurants entertain you until late (1-2AM), so if you are a light sleeper request a room at the Low Yat side or the side opposite to the entrance of the hotel. Hotel has no parking, but car parks available across the street. If you want to go to KLCC area take the monorail, usually faster than the taxi. Short walk from the hotel to the monorail (5 min), and 10 min. walk to KLCC from the monorail station. Taxis will take at least 30-40 min to get there during peak hours due to traffic.

The Hotel location is excellent. Every shopping malls, restaurants are around the hotel. The rooms are quite ok! Nice buffet breakfast. The Hotel room rates are a bit expensive compared to other hotels around. May be this is because of the location.

Overall, it is a convenient small hotel with fairly large rooms. The lifts can only be used with the room key and this helps eliminate unwanted visitors. The taxis stationed near the hotel do not use the taxi meters and charge higher rates than expected. Walk out to the main road if you want a metered taxi.

What can I say.. You couldn't ask for a better location, right near BB Plaza shopping centre and the hawker’s food stall across the road for a nice cheap meal. Rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed here for 5 nights and found the hotel within walking distance to all main attractions in KL. The Doorman was very helpful with transfer arrangements to airport. Would definitely stay here again when we come to visit next

The Hotel Capitol KL, although not so big a hotel, is situated near the busy center of Bukit Bintang, KL. Things that will make you amazed is the fact that there are alot of food stall available for your choice for your breakfast, lunc, and dinner. Some are open 24 hours. It is also located near the Bukit Bintang monorail station so that we can try this unique trasport mode just five to ten minute walk from the hotel.

I like this hotel so much. So this is why i always stay in this hotel.

The rooms are ok and clean. The staff were very good in this hotel. It has good access to the shops and underground, so easy to get around from here. No bath in the room, but shower ok. The air con was good. If you did hire a car there was no were to park it at the hotel.

I've stayed at the Hotel for 4 days on April 2009. The hotel is nearby the Railway station and shopping complex which is very convenient for us. Actually i'm request to stay at 12 floor, due to the hotel have to do floor cleaning, so they moved us to 8th floor but have upgrade the room for us. The receptionist very polite and have a smiling face. I will choose to stay back at this Hotel if next time i go to KL.

This is a very convenient place to stay, with 3 big shopping malls around, all in very short walking distance. Very close to the Alor Jlan. Easy to get food, entertainment, and shopping. Not far from KLCC, it's interesting to freely walk around the area.

Good hotel for a fair price. Ask with the check in for a room at the back, which is more quite than in the front

I will have other choice when coming back to Kuala Lumpur. The facility needs face lift; room needes to remodel. There is no seating in the lobby area while waiting for taxis or cheking out... Boring decoration and having no live plans at all in the hotel!!!!

This is a good and cheap hotel if you dont have a 5-star demand. Close to everything, easy to get around. Nice and helpful people working here, no Internet in the standard rooms but youy can find it just across the street. Lots of resturants and shopping in the streets close by. Bathroom was cleen. If you get a room high up then you might even see the top of Petronas. Lots of things to choose from in the breafast buffet.
