Housekeeping need to improve, seriously!
Surprised with the housekeeping level. When step in the room, saw plenty of dirty stains on the wall. It really spoilt the mood.

Location Convenient , value for money
I found this hotel location absolutely convenient either to LRT station or Chinatown to get a food, hotel aircorn very cold and overall value for money, however the front desk staff need to improve in services , this staff lost a patient to fulfill the guest requirement it's because of language barrier,maybe hotel management can consider get a bilingual staff.
