the hotel is located walking distance from klcc and bukit bintang.
one can walk to many shopping spots. room is decent size, clean and if you get higher floor it's much better and quieter. the staff are friendly and helpful. we felt safe walking around the area. easy to get taxis.
Nightlife Tip:
Walk to Bukit Bintang and take a pick!

The service staff are definitely trained to be arrogant with the customers.

Large and spacious rooms,the laundry,great location, room amenities and the gym.

Mini bar was not cold,TV needs to change and needs more channels.Overall the stay was good.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel is very near to all shopping complexes and within walking distance.

We had a fantastic time as the location was so central to everything. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. The monorail was directly across the road which made travel very easy and accessible. The Club provided some lovely finger food and enjoyable drinks every night which meant we were able to relax after a busy day. The pool was a nice size and clean and very warm and refreshing and they provided large towels for our use.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant are very enjoyable and very reasonably priced.
