Great hotel but reception staff not too hot

Overall enjoyall stay. The reception staff did not seems to be on the ball. English may have been a drawback.
The one thing I did not enjoy was to be told on check out by the conceige that I could not get a red and white /metered taxi from the hotel but had to go to the street to get one for the airport. I used one everyday from the hotel and was never once advised of this.
This put a bad taste in the mouth after an enjoyable stay.Mind you he still got his tip.

About the price and location this is the best, I never get. ten minutes walk distance to the Alor st for good food and reasonable price I highly recommend this hotel for you to staying

would definately recommend this hotel,very polite and helpful staff,huge room and everything worked,awsome water pressure.great selection at breakfast buffet,although they rush you to finish at 10:30 best to get in early,full gym facilities.they also let me use gym showers to freshen up before flying back,very helpful.would definately stay here again.
Shopping Tip:
never pay what they ask,just walk away,the price will drop 50%

Great location and amazing breakfasts
Gorgeous Islamic designed foyer, excellent rooms and great buffet breakfast.

On entering the Istana, it feels like a palace and reminded me of the Al Casa with its' tesselated designs. Our room was very comfortable with modern fittings, although the air conditioning could not be switched off.
Overall: very pleasant stay.
By the way - check out the amazing ballroom in the basement.

Big but not that great.

I arrived early for check in and was greeted with friendly smiles.
When i finally got my room, i realised the room is very spacious but empty. Carpet is old but room is clean. A 5 star hotel like this, i'd expect a basic tooth brush and tooth paste to be available. But no.
When i take my shower, the water leaked out from the glass door and the whole toilet entrance is wet. 1 towel not enough to soak out the water.
Funny thing is, i took a normal taxi the next day from the hotel area to PutraJaya (30mins ride) and it costs me only RM33!!!

Great location but rooms a bit old

The hotel is very convenient, near monorail and shopping malls. The room a bit old, the fridge is not working well, the internet connection too always break down. The staff there always great you with smile :)
Shopping Tip:
the restaurant at LOT10 basement is nice!
