This is my 2nd time at Istana and realized didn't make any mistake, staying again in Istana. It is value for money and convenient to go any major parts of the city and to be more specified, you can walk to all the major shopping malls and night life activities. I discovered the hotel's own night club in the basement this time and found good. Hope to see Istana again....

overall this is a hotel i always like to visit. this was probably the 2 or 3rd time that i stayed at this hotel. during my last visit i didn't like the fact that they offer wireless internet with $3 per hour charge. for a 5 star hotel i think that they could offer this for free. as usual i like the staff and how they take care of matters

The room is quite large and comfortable and the room is very clean too....

The rooms are quite large, good for even 3 people.
The swimming pool was nice.Overall, the hotel stay was good. I would recommend and have recommended the hotel to my friends. Thanks for a great stay.

Close to Bukit Bintang shopping malls, and to well-known attractions e.g. Petronas Twin Towers, friendly and courteous staff.

Check-in was okay, although took a bit of time to check the rooms against the booking through Agoda. Luggage was delivered almost immediately. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel has strict rules against smoking in non-smoking floors. The restaurant offered a wide selection of food and room service was fast. Food was value for money.

Overall stay in the hotel is pleasant. I enjoyed the fact that it is near good eating location, as well as the train station. Surprise to also receive free internet access for my stay, truly a great incentive for business traveler. I would consider staying in Istana again.
